Favourite Class at IHN
With hindsight I would say that I learned most of what I know after graduating, specifically through IHN continuing education courses that seemed to tie all the knowledge together.  I have seen more benefit from Darko’s “Clinical Detoxification – The Right Way” than any other class.  My knowledge has expanded more than ever with clinical practice.   But I would have to say that my favourite class was actually not a class at all, but my practicum where I worked along side a Macrobiotic Chef who taught me the principals of energy in food.  Thank you to all my teachers.  Thank you God for leading the way!

Graduating!  What a relief!  All the hard work and dedication really does amount to something great!

Currently Doing in the Field of Holistic Nutrition
I am cooking wholesome meals for my family – first and foremost.  I serve the community as a support for taking greater responsibility for the health of the body, mind and spirit.  I write on the subject of health for various community resources including articles and copy write.  I participate in food production, the collection of medicinal herbs, and seed saving.  My passion remains in the formulation of herbal remedies and preparations.
