Favourite Class at IHN
I loved Fundamentals of Nutrition with Murat because it gave us such an in depth groundwork for everything else that we studied. I still go back to those books and notes often.

Most Memorable Moment at IHN
There were many memorable moments, but the one that comes to mind is the Professional Skills Development class where we each had to get up in front of the entire class and stand in silence for a full minute. You really learn a lot about yourself in that minute and a lot about your classmates. It was wonderful to see how supportive the group was for each person, and how transformative the activity was for many people.

As a holistic nutritionist and lifestyle consultant, I’m devoted to educating and guiding people towards their best health through whole foods and a balanced way of life. My passion for food lies not only in its relationship to our bodies and minds, but also in its intrinsic connection to our environment and society. My practice, Susheela Willis Nutrition & Wellness, is based out of Toronto. With my clients, I focus on improved digestion, women’s issues, hormonal imbalance, and weight management.
