Most Memorable Moment at IHN
The most memorable day for me was the day I came to speak with Elizabeth
about attending IHN. There was something so special about that day. It
was so clear to me that this is where I wanted to spend the next two years
of my life, soaking up everything and anything that was related to food,
nutrition and health.

Currently Doing in the Field of Holistic Nutrition
After I graduated from IHN I discovered my true passion which has always
been for whole foods –whether that means cooking them, baking them,
preparing them and of course eating them, I love learning about food!
In effort of pursuing my love for whole foods and cooking, I attended
the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City. Through this experience
I have become a Certified Natural Chef.
I am currently working in the Toronto region teaching group and private
cooking classes, offering private meal orders and private catering, kitchen
makeovers and grocery store tours. The combination of being a nutritionist
and holistic chef allows me to not only teach people about healthy eating,
but I can also show them how to prepare food and meals in ways that are
simple and delicious!
