Barbara Co, B.Sc., WWHP, CNP

Barbara Co, B.Sc., WWHP, CNP attended the Institute of Holistic Nutrition where she received her Certified Nutritional Practitioner designation. She is also a graduate of Queen’s University where she earned an Honours degree with a Subject of Specialization in Life Sciences. After completing her Bachelors, she earned a certificate in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion from Centennial College. She is a nutritional consultant and promotes natural healing through healthy eating, nutritional supplementation and lifestyle recommendations. She also conducts nutrition seminars in a variety of corporate environments including Connex Health, Telus, Bank of Montreal and The University Health Network. Barbara is an instructor at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition (Vancouver Campus) and teaches Biological Chemistry, Human Anatomy & Physiology, and Body Metabolism.
