Edith Kunszt RNCP, CNP, DiHom.
Edith is a Certified & Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner, an honours graduate of The Institute of Holistic Nutrition. Edith is the founder of Essence of Vitality Nutrition & Homeopathy Clinic in Toronto. She has been in private practice for the past five years, incorporating Live Cell Microscopy, Tissue Mineral & Metal Analysis, Applied Nutritional Kinesiology, Bio-therapeutic Drainage, Oligotherapy and recently, Homeopathy into her arsenal of natural healing modalities. Her knowledge base is constantly expanding through studies with well known international experts in the field. Currently she is working towards a degree in Homeopathic Medicine. The love of herbal medicine and her teaching background from Europe greatly inspired her to passionately educate clients, students, friends and family about the wonders of the workings of the human body and the benefits of Holistic Nutrition for over 15 years. As an instructor of Nutritional Pathology she brings plenty of clinical experience to the classroom. Her message to present and future students of IHN: “Having been a student at the Institute was one of the greatest experiences of my life and the beginning of an amazing life changing path. As challenging as it seemed at the time, it has been an exceptionally fulfilling encounter and the beginning of limitless possibilities to open the horizons and to touch the lives of countless individuals. My biggest achievement however, is raising two healthy teenagers on these principles, the joy of seeing them choosing the right foods most of the time and being ‘Dr Mom’ to them. I feel I never stopped being a student learning from my clients and students alike. I wish the same enthusiasm to all of you and hope to inspire you in person, in the classroom.”
