Lisa Lahtinen, B.A, C.N.P

Lisa Lahtinen is a graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and has a BA in Linguistics and French. Her decision to study at IHN was a natural move stemming from a long-term personal interest in nutrition, food, cooking and holistic health. In addition to teaching private and group cooking classes, Lisa provides nutritional counselling to individual clients and enjoys conducting corporate food demonstrations. An avid traveller and creative cook, Lisa is inspired by the cuisines of many different cultures and draws from diverse influences when creating new recipes. Her goal is to demystify healthy eating and make it easy for people to incorporate whole foods into their daily lives with simple and tasty recipes. Lisa is delighted to be teaching the Holistic Food Preparation course and working with IHN students.
