Melissa Piccinin BASc, CNP, RNCP

Melissa is a practicing Certified and Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner. She attended the University of Guelph where she received a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Clinical Nutrition and a Certificate in Food Science. She later attended the Institute of Holistic Nutrition where she received a Diploma in Holistic Nutrition graduating with First Class Honors. For the past 7 years Melissa has made her company, Inner Harmony Nutritional Consulting, a successful thriving practice. Through her passionate beliefs that each individual is distinct and that by realizing ones proper diet, one can rebalance the body in support of optimal health, longevity, energy, healthy aging, holistic pediatric nutrition, and disease prevention principles. In addition to teaching and consulting, Melissa has written articles for the Brampton Bulletin and the Brampton Guardian as well as NutritionEarth.com. Melissa designed and teaches holistic nutrition courses for adults through the Dufferin Peel School Board. Melissa’s excellent communication skills have led to numerous public speaking and television appearances including charity events as a speaker and monthly appearances on Rogers TV Daytime as their resident nutrition expert. Melissa teaches Nutrition Through The Lifespan and Comparative Diets at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition.
